What does the Bible say about authority?
I have authority and power in my life here on earth because I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and I love His name.
And have made us kings and priests for our God, and we will rule on earth.
Revelation 5,10
You have made him ruler of the works of your hands; you put everything under his feet.
Psalm 8,7
Verily, verily, I say to you that whoever believes in me will do the works that I do and will do greater works than these because I go to my father.
John 14,12
For the fullness of the Godhead dwells in him; and you are brought to fullness in him who is the head of all rule and violence.

And God said: Let us make men in our image, like us; they shall rule over the fish in the sea and over the birds of the sky and over the cattle and over the whole earth, also over all worms that creep on the earth! In the name of Jesus, I take authority over all evil forces that somehow affect my mind, mind or body. I say that through the blood of the Lamb and the strength of my testimony, they are knocked down and tied away from me.
